Thank you Joy for bringing this article to my attention. By the way Joy has lost 2 and a half stone in 8 months by choosing her carbs wisely, eating enough protein and good fats and exercising adequately. Excellent results through changing habits and lifestyle, not dieting. Brings a smile to my face and Joy's of course :-)
