Pilates class will develop strength to the abdominal and back muscles.  All levels of ability and ages are welcome, bring a drink and towel if you wish, wear comfortable clothing and it is a bare feet class.

I am fully qualified Pilates teacher of 24 years.

Pilates is a low impact exercise that focuses on core strength, 
flexibility, mobility, balance and controlled movement. Through learning how to engage the Powerhouse, Pilates can improve posture, stabilise the spine and support muscular skeletal health. Regular Pilates practice enhances flexibility, increases joint mobility and reduces the risk of injury making everyday movements easier and more efficient.

​Pilates strengthens muscles without adding bulk, promoting a lean toned physique and it encourages mindful movement, controlled breathing, body awareness and concentration which can help to reduce stress, improving mental clarity.

Women and Men are welcome to my classes to explore the benefits of Pilates......chill out as you workout!
