Hatha Yoga in Gosberton
Hatha yoga aims to unify the mind, body and breath. We practice pranayama-breathing techniques, asana-poses to help bring about a calm, peacefulness to the mind and body in preparation for meditation or relaxation-savasana. This class is gentle and slowly paced, allowing time to find the correct alignment and feel the poses whilst connecting to the breath. With regular practice Hatha Yoga can help improve stress levels, emotional health, anxiety, symptoms of depression, sleep, symptoms of menopause, cognition and general wellbeing. It will also improve strength, balance, posture, flexibility and mobility.
