Everyone welcome, your current fitness level isn't a barrier as I will guide you through the exercises offering options for an achievable session. The classes require movement up and down from the mat and weight bearing through the wrists which can be modified to knuckles or forearms.

Change only happens when the pain of holding on is greater than the fear of letting go!

The class is Vinyasa Yoga suitable for the active and mobile student requiring some movement up and down from the mat such as Sun Salutations. Modifications can be made for weight bearing through the hands and wrists e.g. to knuckles or forearms.
