​Personal Training in Spalding

One to one training is an ideal way to get what you want and need from exercise, you will do individual exercises or workouts created for you.
These sessions can take place either indoors (covid regulations dependant) or outdoors and I will guide and encourage you through the exercises. So if you want to lose fat, change your shape, get fitter, try yoga, explore Pilates and feel better about yourself, I can help you achieve your aim! Or if you need help relevant to a particular health issue, including rehab from operation etc, I should be able to help you.

​I have 20 years experience with senior clients, male and female and all other adult age groups.
