Hello & Welcome,A little bit about me....
I'm Lisa, a qualified yoga teacher, Pilates teacher, fitness instructor and personal trainer, established since 2001. My love for fitness came from 10 years of competitive training as a gymnast in my formative years. I teach a variety of classes in Stamford, Gosberton and Spalding including Pilates, Legs Bums & Tums, Hatha yoga and my own unique class, Entwine Yoga & Pilates. Each class offers many different benefits giving you the opportunity to improve your strength, endurance, co-ordination, flexibility, health, wellbeing and much more, whilst having fun and making new friends. All levels of fitness are catered for from the less than healthy to the ultra fit and no matter what age you are I can help you become fitter and healthier. Men and women are both equally welcome. If you prefer to sessions on a one to one basis I offer this and it can be enjoyed at your home in the Spalding area! Whether your goal is fat loss or improving your fitness levels, exploring yoga or Pilates I will work with you to help you achieve your aims. I also offer online programs such as downloadable workouts and nutrition plans, as well as delivering classes via two Facebook groups. Take a look at my free videos too! My aim is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, I want you to become the person you want to be! Lastly, vouchers can be purchased and I can be booked to lead a session at a Hen party, company event or birthday gathering. I look forward to working with you,
