Hello & Welcome

A little bit about me....
​I'm Lisa, a qualified yoga teacher, Pilates teacher, fitness instructor and personal trainer, established since 2001. My love for fitness came from 10 years of competitive training as a gymnast in my formative years. After my second child was born I decided to train to become an instructor and my love for my work has never left me. I teach a variety of classes in Stamford, Gosberton and Spalding including Pilates, Legs Bums & Tums, Hatha yoga and my own unique class, Entwine Yoga & Pilates.

Each class offers many different benefits giving you the opportunity to improve your strength, endurance, co-ordination, flexibility, health, wellbeing and much more, whilst having fun and making new friends.  All levels of fitness are catered for from the less than healthy to the ultra fit and no matter what age you are I can help you become fitter and healthier. Men and women are both equally welcome.

If you'd prefer to have sessions on a one to one basis I offer this and they can be enjoyed at your home if you live in the Spalding area or online via Zoom or WhatsApp for example!  Whether your goal is establishing better nutrition, improving your fitness levels, exploring yoga or Pilates, preparing for an operation, rehabilitating after an operation or wanting better overall health, I will work with you to help you achieve your aims. Many of my clients are in their menopausal or senior years, it is never too late to start a new health and fitness regime.

I also offer online programs such as downloadable workouts and nutrition plans, as well as delivering classes via two Facebook groups. Take a look at my free videos too

My aim is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, I want you to become the person you want to be!

Lastly, vouchers can be purchased and I can be booked to lead a session at a Hen party, company event or birthday gathering.

Wednesdays
12.30-1.30pm - Yoga - Paddock House Pinchbeck & Zoom Online
6.30-7.15pm - Legs Bums & Tums - Bluecoat School Stamford
7.30-815pm - Pilates - Bluecoat School Stamford

Thursdays
10.30-11.30am - Beginner Pilates - Gosberton Public Hall 
6.30-7.30pm - Entwine Yoga & Pilates - The Zen Space Spalding

Saturdays
9-10am - Zen Fusion - The Zen Space Spalding - I teach on a rota approximately 1 class a month - Please contact me for more

Costs
Bluecoat School, Stamford classes £7.00 per class, £10 both classes Wed eve.

Paddock House & Zoom Online Yoga block booking 6 weeks, set dates £48 or £10.00 drop in.

Gosberton Public Hall and Pinchbeck Baptist Church and Paddock House - Yoga and Pilates classes are offered in block bookings of 6 weeks, set dates.
​Daytime £48, Evenings £50 or £10 drop in if places available.


The Zen Space Spalding Entwine Yoga & Pilates offered in block bookings of 6 weeks £50, set dates or £10 drop in if places available.

Zen Fusion at The Zen Space Spalding £10/class.
