One to One

Depending on the type of one to one sessions your are looking for, online or in person, I am ready to help. That help could be to challenge you, motivate you and encourage you to become the person you want to be, or it could be to help you lose weight, change shape, improve your attitude and find new confidence! It could be that you need instruction on how to strengthen your core and want to explore Pilates, or it maybe you want to try yoga and experience its benefits.

Training on a one to one basis means that it's all about you and your needs!


Additional to the exercise I can guide you with lifestyle changes to improve your health and maximise your wellbeing. This will result in making you feel better about yourself whilst also improving your self esteem and confidence.

Sessions will be designed to achieve your goal and their theme can be general fitness, yoga, Pilates or  a mixture, whatever it takes.

Nutrition is important and I don't encourage crazy diets, just a clean, healthy way of eating, tucking into fresh nourishing food.  With the correct foods on your plate you will have more energy, feel vitalised and see results sooner.

I also work with senior clients looking to maintain strength and 
mobility, people who need to rehabilitate from surgery such as knee and hip replacement and those wanting to exercise during treatment for other illnesses.

And, if you're of an age where the menopause, peri to post, is affecting your wellbeing, I love to support and empower women in this phase of their life too.

You can arrange to see me one to three times a week for a short programme or an extended period. Rates vary depending on time of session (30, 45 or 60mins), needs and location.
