Also bring a drink and maybe a towel too.
This class is for all abilities and will work the whole body including your heart. You can work at your own maximum pace exercising in timed intervals with periods for rest. For example march in place or jog or sprint on the spot, or high knees jog/sprint .........get the idea? There's an option for everyone regardless of current fitness level. Timed intervals vary , maybe 40 seconds effort and 10 seconds rest or 40secs work, 40secs work and 20 secs rest then repeat with a different exercise. So many options and no class is the same.
