Yoga in Pinchbeck
Wednesdays 12.30-1.30pm Private Studio Pinchbeck
This yoga class is for all abilities and will help improve flexibility, range of movement, strength, balance and encourage relaxation. The class will flow through sequences standing, sitting and lying down and will combine movement with stretches, poses, balance and some Pilates. It is for the generally fit and healthy participant and does not include any meditation. 70% of the time is focused on standing work, 25% on floor work and 5% on relaxation.
You will require a yoga mat, a drink and you should wear comfortable clothing.
Classes run on an 8 week block basis for £32.
