Yoga Workout 2 - For Proficient Yogi
A 15 minute yoga sequence for the proficient yoga participant. The session involves adaptations of Sun Salutation and some balancing. There are weight baring elements through wrists, arms and shoulders as the sequence flows from one move to another.
This workout is for those who are proficient at yoga or have a good level of fitness and range of movement with reasonable flexibility. The sequence flows from one move to another increasing your challenge progressively. You will require a non slip mat and a yoga mat is ideal.
