This workout is suitable for the generally fit and offers options for your level of ability. There is the option to use hand weights in this workout; if you use them choose a weight that allows you to execute correct exercise technique. Interval workouts allow the participant to do as much as they can in the timed period. It may be useful to record your results to track your achievements and cross reference with future repeats of the same workout.
