Entwine Yoga & Pilates Gosberton
Entwine combines both yoga and Pilates to offer the benefits of both, such as core strengthening, improving flexibility, mobility and co-ordination. I'm passionate about yoga and Pilates and the two blend so well together, I love this class. There is weight bearing through wrists, arms and shoulders during the class and it includes flow sequences down and up from the floor. It is for the generally fit and mobile person and you will need a yoga mat, blocks and strap/belt.

For this class you will require a sticky yoga mat and yoga blocks and a straps might be useful some weeks. Please wear layers that allow you to move freely, taking them off and putting on back on when needed to maintain a comfortable body temperature. Yoga socks and gloves are optional. A blanket to be warm for relaxation is recommended.
