Aerobics in Stamford
An energetic class to raise the heart rate and work up a sweat! I regularly change the aerobics style and routines to give plenty of variety. At the end of the class we hit the mat for some work on your abdominals.
This class is suitable for all levels of ability and ages, equipment is provided, but do not forget a drink to stay hydrated and a towel to wipe a sweaty brow!
Ensure you wear comfortable clothing and trainers.
