Hello, thank you for visiting.
I'm Lisa, a qualified fitness instructor, advanced clinical weight loss practitioner and personal trainer, established since 2001. My love for fitness came from 10 years of competitive training as a gymnast in my formative years.
I now teach a variety of exercise and fitness classes in Stamford, Spalding and Pinchbeck including aerobics, step, Pilates, legs bums & tums, abs and yoga. Each class offers many different benefits giving you the opportunity to improve your strength, endurance, co-ordination, flexibility, health, wellbeing and much more, whilst having fun and making new friends. All levels of fitness are catered for from the less than healthy to the ultra fit and no matter what age you are I can help you become fitter and healthier.
If you prefer to train on a one to one basis then personal training is for you and can be enjoyed at your home or outdoors in the Spalding area! Whether your goal is fat loss or improving your fitness levels I will create a programme for you and help you follow it so that you can lose weight and gain a healthier, fitter body. One to one Pilates or yoga sessions are available too and I can help you with personal development within these practices.
